Overview

I was a founding member and Trustee of LETSLINK UK which set up 400 plus LETS schemes during the 1980s and 1990s. We organised annual conferences with key thinkers such as Bernard Lietaer and Tom Greco. Like many others, I became burned out during the boom. Our local LETS Group was put out of its misery about eight years ago with some acrimony with the few losing large credits and the many getting away with large debits

I have been reflecting ever since on what went wrong. I think I know and would like to share my experience, now that the time has come to make this stuff really work.
